Camping trip this weekend.

As you are reading this, I am probably knee-deep in a three hour car ride hopefully listening to some good tunes. I am very pleased to not have to be driving this time.

Food I packed:

• Three apples (one a day!)
• A loaf of bread
• Toffuti cream cheese
• NUTRITIONAL YEAST
• Four bottles of this lemonade crap Jen and I are pretty psyched on
• Two bags of pretzel rods
• Two vegan chocolate bars for making s'mores (sans marshmallows of course)
• Tofu pups

Gonna be delicious!
